BE BETTER NEW LANGUAGE LEARNER
TIPS FOR BEING BETTER NEW LANGUAGE LEARNER
Of course, there is no short cut to success and it needs a hard work. You may see so many hacks introduced to you out there for language learning, but believe me, none of them will work. Here are some language learning tips that you need to know:
If there is going to be a hack or a secret to learn a new language, then here it is hours of awkward and strenuous conversation with people better than you in that language. Just one hour of conversation is as good as five hours in a classroom and 10 hours learning language by yourself.
It is better to study four hours a day for two weeks rather than studying a language an hour a day for two months. That is the reason why people take language classes in school and never remember anything. Studying just 3-4 hours a week is not going to work.
Learn the 100 most common words
Some vocabulary gives you a better return when you learn them than others. Start with the most common ones. Then make sentences over and over again. Learn that much of grammar to be able to do it, continue doing this till you feel comfortable with all of those words.
Carry dictionary on your phone
These days there are apps for everything. Keep practicing in your head when you on move during the day.
Focus on becoming conversational
Remember the greatest achievement is forcing yourself to speak. Make communication with others. Sitting in your room and struggling with a software program is not going to help you to learn the new language. With first 100 words, you can start making communication. Let communication help you the way to your new world.
